If you’re looking for a quick, easy way to make a batch of macaroni and cheese, this recipe for baked macaronis and cheese is a must-try.
I like to make the macaronichos before the veggies are cooked.
That way, the veggies will cook before they become soft and chewy.
The easiest way to cook macaroniches is to put the cheese in a heavy-duty skillet over medium-high heat.
You can also heat up a pan with butter and olive oil and put the macarons in there.
Then, while the mac and cheese cooks, add the onions, carrots, celery, and mushrooms.
The onion mixture will start to thicken and the carrots will start adding flavor.
Once the macronis are done cooking, stir in the chopped basil, garlic, oregano, and parsley.
Serve with a dollop of parmesan, if you prefer.
If you don’t have an oven, the skillet will do.
And for an easier version, just heat the butter up in a small saucepan on the stovetop, then stir in a bit of the pasta water, milk, and salt.
Cook until the pasta is bubbling, about 15 minutes.
Then serve with the mac & cheese.
