Democratic gubernatorial candidate Josh Mandel, a former mayor of Boston, is the latest to take a stab at the presidential race, this time as a contender for New York City’s 9th Congressional District.
Mandel announced his candidacy on Wednesday and has since launched a website called @joshmandel.
